Emona Sydney Head Office
- Emona’s Sydney Head office is open from 9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
- We accept customer visits for business purposes. Customers are asked to remain in the front foyer area only and practice social distancing at all times.
Emona Branch Offices
- Emona branch offices are accepting telephone calls and emails. Correspondence will be responded to as promptly as possible.
- All visits by customers to Emona Branch Offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth should be made only by prior appointment. Please call your local Emona office for more details.
Technical Sales & Product Demonstrations
- Technical sales support is available as usual over telephone and email
- Product demonstrations are available via video conferencing. To book a demonstration, click: Online Booking Form. On-site customer visits by Emona representatives are subject to social distancing regulations.
Orders & Despatch
- We are accepting and processing telephone, web and email orders as usual
- Sydney head office warehouse is despatching goods as usual with daily courier pick-ups
Calibration & Repair Services
- Calibration and repair services are open and operating as usual in Sydney head office and by prior arrangement in Perth branch office
Technical Support Services
- Telephone technical support is available as usual from the Sydney Head office during business hours and branch offices with prior arrangement
