Emona’s Sydney Head office is open from 9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
We accept customer visits for business purposes. Customers are asked to remain in the front foyer area only and practice social distancing at all times.

Emona branch offices are accepting telephone calls and emails. Correspondence will be responded to as promptly as possible.
All visits by customers to Emona Branch Offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth should be made only by prior appointment. Please call your local Emona office for more details.

The annual Australasian Oil & Gas (AOG) Exhibition & Conference is the largest oil & gas event in Australia, featuring over 300 exhibiting brands and over 8,700 global visitors.
The Emona stand is located at stand G2, near the front entrance.
On display is the Markforged Mark II carbon fibre composite printer as well as the new Formlabs Form 3 SLS printer. We will also have sample parts on display printed on the Markforged Metal X printer including Markforged’s new copper material release and the Optomec LENS metal printers for repair, rework and manufacturing in titanium, stainless steel and super alloys.

In each of the 4 x 90 minute hands-on workshop sessions throughout the day, we will:

Guest speaker at this special event is Stefan Millard, Team Leader at Garry Rogers Motorsport. Stefan will discuss how the team utilise the Markforged Mark Two carbon fibre composite 3D printer. A qualified mechanical engineer, Mr. Millard has worked his way from data engineer to managing the team and the build of new race cars.

What’s new at the show:
See on display our MarkforgedMetal X metal 3D printer, printing in 17-4PH stainless steel, H13 tool steel, A2 tool steel, and soon printing in titanium, Inconel and copper.
New Markforged Onyx FR filament is a flame-retardant version of our nylon-based chopped carbon fiber material that’s UL94 V-0 rated down to a 3mm thickness. This new material expands your additive manufacturing applications to print parts where flammability is a consideration.
New Markforged Nylon White filament is a new stronger, stiffer Nylon material. The material exhibits a smooth, non-abrasive surface finish, and is reinforceable with any of our continuous fiber material options. Best of all, you can use Nylon White and Onyx interchangeably in the same printer — without swapping print heads.
Meet Dr Sampan Seth, Application Engineer at Optomec Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. Optomec printers directly print real end-user parts with materials such as structural metals, conductive metals, and other high value functional materials. Optomec printers are scalable for volume production applications such as printing 3D antennas used in smart phones or repairing metal components used in the aircraft industry.

Emona TIMS was presented with a plaque by National Instruments (NI) at the recent “Electrical and Computer Engineering Department Heads Association” (ECEDHA) 2019 Annual Conference in Tuscon Arizona USA.
As an NI Ecosystem Partner, Emona TIMS was recognised for our role in ensuring the successful launch of NI ELVIS III, NI’s solution for project-based learning.
